- In order to secure a reservation, a partial payment of $499.50 is due at the time of booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- If the reservation is being made 30 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is required to confirm the reservation.
- If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, ½ of the partial payment, or $249.75 is refunded and the other half is held on a letter of credit to be used on a future reservation.
- If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, $499.50 is held on a letter of credit.
- All renters must be at least 25 years old and present a copy of their drivers’ license to ABC.
- All renters must be an insured driver, and present
a copy of their proof of auto insurance to ABC. ABC's
insurance is the primary coverage on the vehicle.
- A damage deposit in the amount of $500.00 for motorhomes and $250.00 for automobiles, is charged at the time of pick up. The deposit is refunded within 3-5 business days after you return the vehicle. The following will be deducted from the damage deposit:
If the vehicle is not returned full of gas and propane, the cost of the fuel plus a $100.00 fee will be charged.
Pets are not allowed in the vehicles, and if a pet has been in the car or Motorhome, you lose your damage deposit.
If the vehicle is returned late (after 10:00 a.m. on the return date), a late fee of $25.00 per hour for the first two hours is charged. After the first two hours of late fee, there is a charge of $250.00.
Smoking is not allowed in any ABC vehicle; smoking in our vehicles results in loss of the damage deposit.
Pick up time is between 1:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Drop off time is between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Windshield damage: if the vehicle leaves with no damage to the windshield and returns with damage, $495.00 is deducted from your damage deposit.

Travel on gravel roads is prohibited by our insurance company.
If you take the Motorhome/car on a gravel road and there is
a mechanical failure, you are responsible for having the vehicle
towed to the nearest appropriate service center. If damage
of any kind happens to the vehicle on a gravel road, you
are 100% responsible for the cost of repairs.

Motorhomes and truck campers are winterized in September and
October. There will not be running water, however, you
can flush the toilet using RV anti-freeze. The date of
the winterization is completely dependent on the weather.
10.
If you return your motorhome early, we do not refund for the
unused days unless there is an emergency that is the cause for
the early return.
